Bio
I graduated from Middle TN State University in 2007 with a Bachelor in Science degree in Special Education. I began my educational career working at the "old" Coffee County Middle School as a resource teacher from 2007-2012. Later, I wanted to experience working with elementary age children, so I worked at Deerfield Elementary from 2014-2016 and East Coffee Elementary from 2016-2020. In January of 2020, I was blessed with the opportunity to co-teach English Language Arts at the middle school level, so I returned home to the "new" Coffee County Middle School. This year I am teaching Math and Reading Intervention. I am a native of Coffee County. I attended North Coffee Elementary, the Coffee County Jr. High, Coffee County Central High, and finally MTSU. I have been happily married to my husband, Matt, for almost 11 years. We have a 9 year old "fur baby" named Bella Grace
